Hiya Flame Fam!

This review is gonna be fire because I'm about to share some bomb information with you! I think you guys are really going to like this one.

I bought eight (8), yes hunty EIGHT different magnetic eyelash kits from Glamnetic, MoxieLash, Ardell, Amazon, and everything in-between. I hit all the price points from expensive to cheap so no one can feel left out. I was inspired to make this video by Glamnetic's (and now MoxieLash's) persistent spamming of my Instagram with ads, and so I finally broke down and just bought them; I've been wanting to try magnetic eyelashes for a while now anyway. The price of Glamnetic and MoxieLash though...That has been a big deciding factor for not wanting to buy them. Glamnetic's magnetic eyelash kits are $80 for just two eyelash pairs and a tube of magnetic eyeliner.

However, as an aspiring YouTuber (and business owner), I can write the purchases off and make great content out of it making this review perfect for us. But of course I couldn't just stop at the popular brands, oh no. I had to go on Amazon and see what else was pop, lockin', and droppin' in the magnetic eyelash space, and boy was I surprised by what they had to offer.

LET ME TELL YOU, the TL:DR version: Amazon's product shocked the hell out of me and I even found a Glametic-equse  magnetic eyeliner dupe. Yes, you read right, a dupe, Hunny. The magnetic liner I found from the company Arishine Beauty is a perfect dupe and only a quarter of the price of both Glamnetic and MoxieLash. Plus, the kit comes with lashes lol. Amazingly of the all magnetic eyelash systems that I purchased in the budget brand category (Links below):

all of the eyelashes themselves worked very well, but the liners were their downfall. The eyeliner would either have a weak attachment to the lashes or would just have a very poor sensory feel; which I'm guessing comes poor manufacturing (blending of the formula), or not using enough iron oxide. Sensory feel is personal preference of course, but I doubt many people would prefer a gritty liner to a smooth one.

The repeated reference to Glamnetic and it's liners is strategic. Personally, if I didn't find the Arishine magnetic liner and it weren't for the price being almost prohibitively too high, I would choose to buy the Glamnetic system again. Their liner is phenomal—not propritatory but really good—, it's very black, dries fast, has a familiar texture and movement, has a slight adhesive property to it, and is all around comfortable. If I had to use any eyeliner with any system it would be theirs. With that said, there are alternatives to that eyeliner that are MUCH cheaper. Even MoxieLash copied Glamnetic's formula; although admittedly through a touch of research, I found that Glamnetic's formulators may have used the brand Lash Liner as their reference due to the formulas better similar—Glamnetic being the slightly improved version.

Moving on, I'm not sure if you noticed but I just revealed the secret to magnetic eyeliner. Did you catch it? If not, it's the iron oxides. The secret ingredient to magnetic eyeliner is what's been giving eyeliner its color since the beginning of eyeliner's time, iron oxides. So, inherently there is nothing special about these eyeliners and you could easily make them at home or even potentially use a liner you already own (future video perhaps?).

We also grabbed some of Ms. Ardell magnetic accent lashes from Ulta because why not? Unfortunately, my local store didn't have any of the regular magnetic lashes and eyeliner sets. I was only able to find the magnetic eyelash accents with magnetic gel liner set. The gel liner from Ardell was just okay. To me it was gritty and the little that I got on my Zoom H4n Handy Recorder actually scratched my screen which made me less than happy. But please, watch the video on my YouTube channel (Link below) to get my detailed thoughts on the magnetic eyelashes that I bought. There are so many options nowadays that are all pretty much the same with different.
